I have been wanting to do this for a while and am excited to get it rolling.
I believe the biggest changes from CrossFit do not happen in the box, but rather in the other 23 hours you spend out of the box. I love anything that has to do with CrossFit and the lifestyle that goes with it, and would like to share. I want to share recipes, book reviews, clothing/gear reviews, WOD tips, thoughts, pictures, and more. I hope that this will help inspire others to start thinking about CrossFit as a lifestyle and improve the time spent out of the box.
